Serving advice
I recommend opening and decanting or letting it breathe for 2-3 hours prior to serving. Ideal serving temperature is 57 to 64°F.
Food match
BBQ pulled pork and beef ribs are a fabulous partner to my Hero Shiraz, as is a slow-cooked beef and red wine casserole. It is also fabulous with a vegetarian lentil Shepherd's Pie or a classic deep dish pizza.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
