My Rebel Cabernet Sauvignon is great drinking now, and will age in the short to medium term until 2024.
Serving advice
I recommend decanting or aerating for 2-3 hours prior to serving. Ideal serving temperature is 57-64°F .
Food match
In my house, there is no better partner to my Rebel Cabernet than my Mum's roast lamb, with rosemary and garlic, and served with all the trimmings including home made gravy.
For the vegetarians among us, it is fantastic with a creamy pasta of mushrooms, hazelnuts and thyme.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
