My Rebel Red is great drinking now, but will mature in the short to medium term until 2024.
Serving advice
I recommend opening and decanting or allowing the wine to breathe for 2 hours prior to serving. Ideal serving temperature is 57-64°F.
Food match
My Rebel Red is very food friendly, going well with most red meat dishes, such as beef spare ribs, Moroccan lamb tagine or rich vegetarian dishes, like a mushroom ragout ravioli.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
