Best before
I recommend aging my Rebel Shiraz for the short to medium term. It's so very hard to resist now, but it will mature beautifully for 3-4 years until 2024.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my Rebel Shiraz at 57-64ºF, and opening or decanting it for a couple of hours before serving.
Food match
My Rebel Shiraz can certainly handle a bit of heat from the kitchen, the spicy flavors in the wine complement the food perfectly. Try it with a spice-crusted beef fillet with masala potatoes and split peas; or a chickpea and cauliflower pilaf.
