Racy, refined Aussie red with a touch of spice and tons of finesse

My Rebel Tempranillo is sooo delicious now, but can mature in the short to mid-term until 2023.
Serving advice
Tempranillo really is a variety that likes a bit of exposure to air. Decant, pour it into a jug, or open and allow it to breathe for 1-2 hours prior to serving. Ideal serving temperature is around 57-60°F. Don’t be afraid to give it a light chill on a hot day. Once open, my Rebel Tempranillo is best enjoyed in three days.

My Rebel Tempranillo is the ultimate BBQ buddy – the ripe fruits, rich palate and savory nature of the tannins makes it the perfect wine to enjoy with char-grilled meats and vegetables, straight off the barbie! It also is fantastic with Mexican food, working well with the smoky, spicy flavors. Try it with tacos, burritos and enchiladas.
