Best before
I recommending buying several bottles and tasting them over the next 3 years. It's fun to taste a wine evolve and change in the bottle as they develop with age.
Serving advice
I suggest aerating this Malbec before serving it, especially if you are drinking it this year. Use your favorite aerator or decanter (wait 45 minutes), and if you don't have one, open your wine early, pour a glass, swirl and be very patient before you take that first sniff.
Food match
This is a great daily red that pairs well with so many foods. It's a versatile wine with charcuterie platters, cheeses, lasagna, roasted chicken, even macaroni and cheese. It's also always a good match with pork, BBQ and grilled burgers with cheddar cheese.

- Karen Birmingham proved her incredible talent working for years at sustainable winery LangeTwins (with David Akiyoshi).
- Angel funding has helped her start her own project featuring breathtaking grape varieties many Lodi wineries are afraid of playing with!
- Karen's delicate touch always brings out the best in the fruit (she's won back-to-back Gold and Double Gold medals to prove it!) and really makes these grapes shine in the warm, sandy soils she calls home.
