About the wine
.
- Sweet, floral Moscato is the fastest growing grape in the country because it's dangerously easy to drink. And at only 11.6% alc. you can always go for seconds.
- Matt learned to make wine at UC Davis where Moscato is practically the school mascot. He appreciates the difference between good Moscato and the generic stuff. So he rescued this wine from a fate worse than death -- being blended into anonymous supermarket wine.
- You want a bottle or two in the fridge at all times, ready and waiting for when you're just a little thirsty.
