About the wine
Incredibly lush and refreshing because of Mauricio's cutting edge early harvest techniques
- Torrontes is like the classy big sister of Moscato. Lush and fruity, but just a tiny bit more serious (and not sweet).
- Mauricio has a killer strategy to making Torrontes that stands heads and shoulders above everybody else - he finds low yield vineyards and picks 30-35% of the grapes way earlier than his neighbors to maintain freshness and balance in the wine. And he still gets the beautiful aromatic complexity that Argentinian Torrontes is so good at.
- The result is a lush white wine that goes amazingly with spicy food.

Serving advice
just serve light chilled
Food match
In my opnion, any spicy food matchs perfect with Torrontes: thai, indian, etc but in Argentina you can pair with empanadas salteñas, spicy and juicy!
