About the wine
From the smallest region in Bordeaux to your doorstep
- This French red sweeps with red raspberry and blackberry with just a touch of spice to finish — ooh, la la!
- Angel funding meant that Olivier could buy the finest grapes from tiny, family owned vineyards, supporting winemakers and growers from beginning to end. Cheers to that!
- This elegant red came from a difficult year with early frosts and cloudy summer days — but the most tough growing seasons make for the finest wines (and you won’t want to miss this one!).
Best before
My idea is to wait for 2 years and then starting to taste the wine and evaluate if it's worth waiting a bit more.
Serving advice
Decant the bottle 1 our before or open few hours before in the room temperature.
Food match
Best pairing for a Pomerol is a good and complex piece of meat red or white, like beef, veal and duck.
Contains sulphites
