Best before
Most of our wines can be kept for a few years in your cellar. As usual, if you like riper fruit flavors, drink it within the next 5 years. After that the wine will get smoother and more complex for at least the next 10 years.
Serving advice
You can decant this red for about 30 minutes before serving to give it some air. Serve it at around 60ºF.
Food match
Grilled BBQ like marinated chicken or ribs would be a perfect summer match for this red. And during the winter, it pairs well with stews or grilled veggies.
