About the wine
Fresh, fruity Sauvignon Blanc - a summery easy-sipper from Down Under
- This Sauvignon Blanc is equal parts zippy and elegant, with a racy splash of citrus, juicy melon flavors and a lively, mouthwatering finish.
- Your funding helped Adam harvest this vibrant white from a vineyard tucked in the heart of the cool-climate Adelaide Hills region, where complex, top-quality Sauvignon Blanc grows like a charm.
- This easy-sipping white is Adam’s first-ever Sauvignon Blanc made exclusively for Angels – now it’s yours for a song! Once you try it, just make sure you let Adam know what you think – he might just bring it back for another vintage…

What a delightful wine from such an interesting grape. The many faces of Sauvignon Blanc; this one not grassy, not like grapefruit, not asparagus, but beautiful in its dry minerality. In my not so humble opinion, it blows CA and NZ away in finesse. Closer to a Graves. A beautiful wine for shellfish, but could handle light pasta and chicken as well. Thanks much Adam.

This is perhaps one of the best Chardonnays I have ever had! On the nose, you get honeydew melons and grassy notes. On the palate, you get a nice, structured wine, which is hard to find in a white. It's medium- to full-bodied with notes of lemon - yes, lemon! - peach and ripe apple and just enough buttery notes to tell you it's not over-oaked. Try this wine! I mean, seriously, try it. You will not be disappointed. I sure wasn't!

In the past I found Sauvignon Blanc to be bland but this was a light, refreshing citrus. Really enjoyed it.

This is a very good Sauv Blanc - fills the mouth more than the typical SB, full citrus with hint of melon and a lingering bite on tongue. Well done! Will buy more.

Pleasing aroma on this spring like day in New England. Lately I have found so many NZ SB’s to be over the top. I enjoyed this flavorful yet nicely restrained SB from Australia. The citrus and vegetation notes really are working.
