Serving advice
Never point the cork at anyone while opening. Once the wire hood is unwound, always keep your hand on the cork. Don't use a corkscrew.

Rob’s had a hand in Napa’s sparkling wine game since its infancy, getting his boots wet at Chappellet and Schramsberg and later leading teams for Scharffenberger, Piper-Sonoma and Mumm. That's quite the pedigree!
