Serving advice
Never point the cork at anybody while opening. Once the wire hood is unwound, always keep your hand on the cork.
If the cork breaks during opening, never use a corkscrew as this may cause the bottle to explode.

Salmon is a great match for Rosé bubbly. The acidity of the sparkler can substitute for the squeeze of lemon. This Pinot Noir-centered bubbly also has a fuller body, which complements this rich fish.

Rob’s had a hand in Napa’s sparkling wine game since its infancy, getting his boots wet at Chappellet and Schramsberg and later leading teams for Scharffenberger, Piper-Sonoma and Mumm. That's quite the pedigree!
