It's an excellent aperitif as well as accompaniment for all the courses, fish and vegetable-based finger food, shelfish and baked and stuffed trout. In Veneto we usually have it to celebrate and make spritz, a cocktail with Aperol... try it and share it with many friends!

Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Italian white wine, and it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world.
When you hear the phrase 'family business,' this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78-year-old father still turns up to work every day, and there are cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
While Paolo specializes in Prosecco, he's got a few pet projects in the back of the house and thanks to Angel funding we've been able to bring those small production dreams to life.
