- It's difficult to find a winemaker that labours as long and as caringly over his wine babies as does our Guido, but then that's why we love him so damn much.
- This is pure, unadulterated classic no-nonsense Prosecco. There's a slice of pear, chunk of apple and spot of peach all working together in perfect fruity harmony, combined with small delicate bubbles and a wonderful long, creamy finish.
- We can, hand on heart, say we reckon this is one of the best value fizzes we do - and fortunately 91% of our angels who've tasted it agree!

Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Italian white wine, and it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world.
When you hear the phrase 'family business,' this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78-year-old father still turns up to work every day, and there are cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
While Paolo specializes in Prosecco, he's got a few pet projects in the back of the house and thanks to Angel funding we've been able to bring those small production dreams to life.
