About the wine
Rich and robust Cabernet from an insiders-only corner of Sonoma
- Knights Valley is one of the last underdeveloped gems in wine country, bridging Sonoma and Napa counties. And Scott ventured through its gloriously rural hills to pluck the perfect Cabernet for his newest bottling.
- Every sip spills with blackberry and bold plum flavors, all topped off with spectacular spice from oak barrel aging — this Cab tastes like a special occasion.
- This is an insiders-only kind of place, with some of the largest Cabernet producers taking their pick first— but thanks to your support Scott got access to a premium parcel to bring you this regal, mountain-grown red.
Best before

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Scott Peterson
Scott spent over 20 years making wine for storied Sonoma wineries like Kendall-Jackson and Buena Vista – as well as Argentina’s Nicolás Catena Family of Wines and Chile’s Axel and La Playa Wines – before Angel support allowed him to march to his own drum.
Scott loves working with Angel funding because you allow him to make the wines he wants to. He's old school, and he doesn't want to make new styles just because they’re trendy.
If you like gloriously decadent, no-holds-barred wines, buy everything Scott makes. You will not regret it.
