This elegant, refined Central Coast red is purr-fect on arrival and gets even better with age
- This rich red absolutely purrs with full fruit flavors to make your whiskers twitch. Like a bite of warm berry pie fresh out of the oven, this smooth red gushes with black cherry, deep dark plum and even a little lavender and brown sugar on a big, toasty finish.
- Sharon carefully concocted this Central Coast stunner with fruit harvested from select Monterey vineyards that was picked at the ideal ripeness, blended to perfection and aged for 9 months in fancy new French Oak barrels.
- It’s Sharon’s first-ever Pinot Noir from the cool hills of Monterey – and Angel funding helps her to bring you this impossibly elegant red for a song. This Pinot’s the cat’s meow, all thanks to you!
Best before
It is approachable now with a good hour-long decant prior to drinking, but will only get better with more time in the bottle. This will age well thru 2025.
Serving advice
PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THIS WINE ON THE DAY THAT YOU RECEIVE IT. This is a young wine and I do recommend decanting this wine for 60 mins prior to drinking to allow the flavors and aromatics to fully develop. This also helps soften the tannins and will give the wine a smoother taste. I also recommend letting all of your wines rest for a minimum of 2 weeks after receiving them to allow them to recover from the shipping. The shipping really does impact the aromatics and flavors of the wine and does make a difference on how much you will enjoy your wines.

Meet the winemaker - Sharon Weeks
- It started as a few odd jobs in the cellar, and turned into a winemaking gig. Over 30 years later, Sharon can't imagine ever wanting to do anything else.
- Sharon's responsible for making some seriously great wines for others – thousands over her 30-year career. But she's always disappointed after the wine's shipped off... all that hard work, and she never hears what becomes of it!
