About the wine
Summer in a glass!
- Exuberantly fruity, yet crisp and refreshing, let Bill and Claudia show you why Marlborough is THE place for Sauvignon Blanc.
- Five years ago, Angel funding allowed the Smalls to break the chains of corporate winemaking and make wines where they knew they could do everything right so you get remarkable value even in world-famous regions like Marlborough.
- Oysters, clams, mussels... it's hard to think of some shellfish that wouldn't taste like a million bucks with a nice chilled glass of this SB.

Here in Marlborough, New Zealand we have an cool dry maritime climate that's perfect for producing what many people thinks is some of the world's most flavoursome and charismatic Sauvignon Blanc.
In a bottle of Small and Small you'll find a wine thats a fruit salad of aromas and flavours: passionfruit and gooseberry, tomato leaves and blackcurrant. To many this gives an impression of sweetness but the palate is crisp, dry and refreshing.
Serve it well chilled with a fresh salad for lunch on the first sunny days of spring, or it's just as nice sipping by itself in the company of friends on a balmy summer evening.
This wine is made using the funding of Naked Angels. If you're a novice to Marlborough wines or if you know them well, if you get the chance to open a bottle we'd love to hear your thoughts
Cheers and thanks

It's aroma gave off a lot more sweet hues than I actually tasted which disappointed me personally. Besides that the wine was very refreshing.

Not as crisp as some Sauvignon Blancs but a good drinking wine. Would like to try again with various foods to see how it changes.

I'm more of a big red drinker but there are times when a good white can't be beat and this would fit the bill.
