- This generous, silky and a-smidge-spicy Poggio di Guardia is made from hand picked grapes grown atop the tallest hills in Tuscany. It’s a 2017 vintage and can age decades for your most momentous occasions.

Stefano suggests aging this red for at least one year, but says it can be cellar-aged for decades.

Open it at least one hour before serving and decant it if possible, especially if you're enjoying it after some years of cellar aging.
