About the wine

With your support, Tom crafted this latest vintage with powerful Syrah, inky Tannat, rich Cabernet and a touch of Merlot harvested from vineyards across California masterfully blending them into this Shula signature wine that you’ll love.

Best before
This wine is ready upon release. With proper storage, I expect it will continue to drink well for 2-4 years.
Serving advice
This will benefit from aeration, or just open the bottle 30 minutes before pouring. My favorite method is to swirl the wine in the glass every few minutes to let the aromas open up. After 15-20 minutes, it's ready to taste.
Food match
My favorite pairing is pasta in a rich Bolognese sauce with a bit of chili flakes - the sauce includes 1/2 bottle of the wine. It's also great with grilled or roast meats, charcuterie and medium sharp cheeses.
