About the wine

Best before
This wine is quite enjoyable now. If stored properly, I expect it will continue to be delicious for 2-4 years, maybe longer.
Serving advice
As with any young red wine, this will benefit from some aeration when young. You can decant, use an aerator, or just pour a bit and give it 20-30 minutes to open up.
Food match
Like the 2016 vintage, I feel this wine will go well with anything on the grill. Meat, chicken, or veggies. I'm partial to ribeye. ;)
