This will keep well for a few years, but it is delicious now and I'd recommend enjoying it sooner rather than later.

Give it a few minutes in the glass to warm up from being in the fridge.

While this is delicious on its own as an aperitif or after dinner wine, try it with soft cheeses like Taleggio, Époisses, Reblochon or traditional Alsatian Munster - or pair it with spicy Asian dishes. I particularly enjoy it with Thai food.
