This Diamond Mountain District Cabernet is pure elegance – it's a region truly worth its weight in gold medals.
You're helping Diamond Mountain's founder, Napa icon Rudy Von Strasser, share a national treasure with Angels. It's special – from the famed Sori Bricco vineyard, one of the oldest hillside sites overlooking Napa Valley.
This Cabernet has the fruit, grip and oak influence to age gracefully for decades. It has years of bottle age already, but the fun has just begun – it will get more complex with time. This is one to cellar!
Best before
If you have a cool spot (56°F or less) without a ton of temperature fluctuation, this wine will continue to improve for 20 years, easy.
Serving advice
This wine will develop once the cork is pulled. It will also throw sediment as it ages. I recommend using a decanter so you can enjoy it over the course of an evening.
Food match
I love the Sori Bricco with game meats. My favorite pairing for this wine would be with venison and bison.

Meet the winemaker - Rudy von Strasser
Rudy von Strasser is a Napa legend — he played a huge part in founding the Diamond Mountain District, famous for its Cabernet. By rallying everyone in the region, he put the AVA (American Viticultural Area) on the map in 1999!
Rudy met Naked through Alex Farber — he was looking to expand his portfolio with some beautiful Petite Sirah, but didn’t have enough room in his winery.
Angel funding helped make that Petite Sirah possible. When he brought us his other wines, we knew we’d hit the jackpot! Rudy’s now able to share his wide range of Diamond Mountain District wines with Angels across the country.
