About the wine
This Aussie red has muscle!
- Ripe red berry and warming spice flavors take center stage in Jen’s juicy and savory rendition of Merlot. “This isn't just any Merlot," says Jen. "It could even convert the most ardent Shiraz drinker!"
- With your support, Jen harvested Merlot from five top-notch Victoria vineyards, then she aged portions in French Oak barrels to round out its texture and flavor, while keeping the fresh fruit flavors intact.
- Jen’s Merlot is a wheel of a deal – and a special thank you to Angels – for helping her bring world-class Australian reds to wine drinkers everywhere.
Best before
It is so enjoyable now and will age in the short to medium term until 2025.
Serving advice
Open 1-2 hours prior to serving and decant if possible. Serve cooler than room temperature during colder months, but don't be afraid to chill it slightly during the heat of spring and summer.
Food match
It is superb with a slow-cooked beef and red wine stew and mushroom and goat cheese tarts. Yummo!
