Reserve, barrel-aged Cabernet from a leading Lodi expert
- This Reserve Cabernet is jam-packed with bright red cherry and lush blackberry flavors, backed by a rich flourish of barrel-aged spice and a lip-smacking finish that will have you coming back for one sip after another.
- Even when powerhouse Lodi Cabernet would have been enough on its own, Evangelos dared to go even bigger and bolder, aging the wine in French oak barrels for 10 months to bring you a red with such smoothness and complexity, it's simply irresistible.
- Make sure you give yourself plenty of time for enjoying this Cab – with this much elegance and flavor, you’ll need to take an extra minute or two after each sip to let it all sink in and catch your breath again.

This Cabernet tastes great now, and will age beautifully for another 5-10 years.
Serving advice
Let this rich red air out for at least 30 minutes before enjoying it. This wine is still young and would benefit from some air. Serve it between about 63-69ºF.
Food match
