Rich Reserve red with barrel-aged decadence
- This elegant Reserve Cabernet is flush with ripe raspberry and juicy blackberry, backed by rich layers of barrel-aged spice and a long, velvety finish that’ll have you coming back for seconds (and thirds!).
- Even when powerhouse Lodi Cabernet would have been enough on its own, Evangelos dared to go even bigger and bolder, aging the wine in French oak barrels for extra elegance and complexity.
- Make sure you give yourself plenty of time for enjoying this Cab – with flavors this irresistible, you’ll need to take an extra minute or two after each sip to let it all sink in and catch your breath again.
Best before
The wine will be great for another 5-10 years and should be perfect to drink in 2-3 years. But personally I couldn't wait that long because it tastes great right now too.
Serving advice
Let it air out and breathe for at least 30 minutes before drinking. This Cab is still young and would benefit from some air. Enjoy it at around 63-69ºF.
Food match
Greek pork gyro, grilled spring lamb chops, a blue cheese or Gorgonzola burger - all are classic pairings for this Cab.
