Best before
My 2020 Angels Reserve Pinot should reward some early cellaring and then be optimum for the next 3+ years or so. I cannot claim any more time because these vineyards are so new and I'm learning about them just a few years ahead of you.
Serving advice
I'd let this wine open up a bit (30 minutes or so) before pouring my first taste. By then it should be all pulled together and presentable for company.
Food match
My wife's sister fishes for salmon out of Sitka so our freezer is well stocked with it. So I try to have grilled salmon that has been brushed with rosemary and drizzled with fresh squeezed lemon once a week. And in the interest of living a balanced life it gets a pat of unsalted butter. My Angels Reserve Pinot Noir or Chardonnay is always a willing companion.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
