Crisp, fruity Sauvignon Blanc with an Australian spin
- This light, citrusy Sauvignon Blanc pulses with fruity tropical flavors, like juicy kiwi and passionfruit, capped off with a soft, oh-so refreshing finish that’s as crisp as they come.
- For this white’s zippiness and depth, Jen blended cool-climate fruit from her home turf in Victoria, South Australia with Sauv Blanc from warmer, top notch vineyards right next door on the border of New South Wales.

My Rebel Sauvignon Blanc is so delicious now, while young and fresh, but can be matured in the short term until 2024 for a more complex, full-bodied wine.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my Rebel Sauvignon Blanc straight from the fridge or ice bucket in summer, and allowing the wine to warm up a little in the cooler months to 46-50ºF.
Food match
My Rebel Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderful aperitif, served with an antipasto plate of cheeses, cured meats, olives and marinated veggies. It is also a wonderful partner to seafood, such as deep fried whitebait with aioli or salt and pepper calamari.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
