Crisp, fruity Sauvignon Blanc with an Australian spin

My Rebel Sauvignon Blanc is so delicious now, while young and fresh, but can be matured in the short term until 2024 for a more complex, full-bodied wine.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my Rebel Sauvignon Blanc straight from the fridge or ice bucket in summer, and allowing the wine to warm up a little in the cooler months to 46-50ºF.
Food match
My Rebel Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderful aperitif, served with an antipasto plate of cheeses, cured meats, olives and marinated veggies. It is also a wonderful partner to seafood, such as deep fried whitebait with aioli or salt and pepper calamari.
